Hello Everyone 🙂

Here I am going to explain a little which concept of healthy eating I am following 🙂

I have been following a Whole Foods Plant based Diet for over 3 years now and I am loving it everyday a little more 🙂 If you like to eat a looooot of food and don’t worry about calories & portion sizes too much, this is going to be great for you!!

I always loved to eat a lot and was never able to follow strict low carb diets/portion sizes as they always made me feel very deprived and unsatisfied.

This diet makes me feel so great, gives me a ton of energy for my workouts and leaves me in shape all year around 🙂 doesn’t this sound great??

What do I actually mean by Whole Foods Plant- based?

I basically eat from this 4 food groups:

FRUITS, VEGETABLES, GRAINS & LEGUMES

I eat as much as I like from this 4 Food Groups & would encourage you to do the same 🙂

Fruits, Vegetables, Grains & Legumes are naturally low in calories, high in fiber, water, vitamins & minerals giving your body everything it needs 🙂

Everyone has slightly different needs and preferences, so play around with different amounts in order to find what works best for you.

I personally tend to eat a lot of salads, vegetables & starches for my main meals & fruits mostly as snacks or dessert 🙂

I personally feel my best on a very low fat diet and don’t like Nuts & Seeds too much, feel free to add a little of them if you like.

If you are trying to loose weight or have other health issues I would not eat them in big quantities since calories are mainly coming from fats & it is very easy to overeat on them 🙂

In my kitchen you will not find any Oils & Butters as this are isolated fat sources with basically no nutrients and I don’t think they are very healthy. I try to avoid them as much as possible 🙂
