What I eat in a day

Hello Lovelies 🙂

As i got so many questions  on what i would eat in a day i thought why not sharing it with you all here..

This is a typical day of very basic food which i usually would have during uni time rather than holiday season 🙂

This is only an example day of food, feel free to play around with the foods & amounts according to your appetite/ hunger levels 😉

Apples are my favourite snack 🙂

My favourite Snacks besides apples are definitely Oranges, Grapes, Cherry Tomatoes, Strawberries & Red Bell Peppers

What I actually eat in a day:

Morning: a lot of water & a cup of coffee with stevia & a splash of Soy milk

Breakfast: my pancake recipe, including half a banana and a cup of blueberries/ raspberries + one bag of frozen spinach/ broccoli steamed + lots of water

Snack: 2 small apples

Lunch: big green salad topped with stir-fried mushrooms + my favourite potato fries 🙂 and lots of Asia sauce for sure 😛 (600-800g Potatoes)

Snack: again some kind of fruit and soy Cappuccino 🙂 I’m always having apples in my bag, no matter where i go

Dinner: baked Sweet Potatoes dipped into Asia sauce 😛 (500g-800g)

I always go through phases of eating a lot of Potatoes/ Sweet potatoes for weeks, followed by weeks of eating lots and lots of Pasta with Tomatosauce/ Rice & Curry and so on..

.. did you know, you could life from sweet potatoes / potatoes ONLY since they have everything* we need and suffer from perfect health 🙂

      I am so happy you like my blog!! thank you so much 🙂
      Its always different for me, sometimes on rest days i am more hungry than on the days where i workout so i even eat more 😛 I usually eat between 1800 & 2500 calories a day 🙂
