3 Healthy Oatmeal Ideas

Hey Guys, 🙂

as the weather is really cold in Germany right now, i am craving something warming all the time. I usually  like to stick to one of my favorite Oatmeal recipes which ill share with you here. 😉

This is a really quick & healthy breakfast for every taste as you can add pretty much everything to them. 😛

I use Raw Vegan Protein Powder for my oatmeal a lot, as i like the consistency much more, if you don’t like the taste of Protein Powder or simply don’t have it, leave it out or replace it with more Oats.

The Pudding powder is really great for consistency as well, but still not needed at all. I always like to add some extra sweetness using organic Erythrit.

What is really great in Oatmeal as well is Smacktastic flavour powder, it is a sugarfree almost calorie flavouring powder which makes everything more delicious 😛 I shop mine here:

I like to add shredded Zucchini, shredded Carrots or grated red beets (this is best with the chocolate oats) into my oatmeal sometimes. 🙂 It is a great way to increase your daily vegetable consumption and adds some extra volume.

Have a great day,
