Since I have been getting a lot of questions on my workout routine, its time to share it with you here. 🙂
I truly believe the best way to workout is by doing the things you like. I usually love to go outside, no matter if only for a walk or a run and do it daily if i can. During Summertime i also like to use my bike, play beach Volleyball etc. 🙂
Since I am still struggling with my fractured foot and not able to workout/go out properly i really became passionate about weight training. I aim for 4 workouts a week at the moment & would even do more if i had the time.
I do a mix of cardio & weight training. For Cardio i do Spinning/ biking (45 min= 1 workout) and weight training (45 min= 1 workout) with my small, ankle weights when I am training from home & exercise machines when in the gym.
Sometimes when i have time, i will spend 2 hours in the gym doing both, weights & cardio and other days i will just chill on the couch. I don’t think exercise should be a punishment for your body, i think its the best celebration of life by giving so much mental clarity & positive energy.
My favorite part to workout is probably abs 😛
In my opinion, you have to be consistent in order to see results and need to make working out a habit & priority. 🙂 Exercising is sooo great for your overall health, mood and energy.
I think nobody needs to visit the gym or go for runs if they don’t like it, there are so many ways of moving your body 🙂 why not trying a dance class with some friends, taking the bike instead of car, or simply by going shopping.. 😛
