its time to share another full day of food with you 🙂
I’m including Calories & Macros this time, even tho i don’t think these are too important. In my opinion the quality of food matters more than the quantity 🙂
What i eat in a certain day really depends on how active i am & if I am eating out or not 🙂 Please keep in mind that this is only what works for me and should not be a strict guide.
1 liter of water directly after waking up, followed by a cup of coffee with soy milk & stevia 🙂
20g Vegan protein Powder
1 banana, 1 apple, 1 Carrot
Total Calories: 660 – 120g Carbs, 30g Protein, 8g Fat
this breakfast already has 20g fiber & lots of water which will fuel you up for a really long time 🙂
Salad of raw & cooked leftover veggies + my homemade Falafel 🙂
For the Falafel i’m using a packaged mix which only needs water, instead of frying the Falafel I bake them in the oven until they are nice & crispy 🙂
Salad dressing is usually some fat free mayo & Sweet Chili Sauce 😛
Total Calories: 660 – 130g Carbs, 40g Protein, 8g
again, lots of fiber, healthy carbs & proteins to keep me full & productive all day 🙂
my go to Dinner & favorite meal of the day 😛 Potato fries, if you haven’t tried my ‚recipe‘ yet I highly recommend you to!! it is so simple & yet so good, you won’t regret it 🙂
800g Potatoes + 1 head of Lettuce (around 300g) + 1/2 red Onion + Ketchup/ Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping 👅
Total Calories: 715 – 170g Carbs, 17g Protein, 1g Fat
This whole day makes around 2030 Calories, which is a really basic day for me. When I am exercising I am eating up to 2500 mostly 🙂 which would include more snacks, like apples etc. + a bigger breakfast in general 🙂
TOTAL CALORIES: 2030 – Carbs: 415g – Protein: 90g – Fat: 19g
Calorie Breakdown: 76/16/8
I don’t strictly follow any certain macro ratio, I am eating whole foods mostly which are packed with healthy Carbs, Proteins & lots of Fiber. I usually get between 70-80% of my calories from carbs, 10-20% of calories from proteins & 7-12% of calories from fats.
