What i eat in a day 2.0

Hey girls 🙂

As you liked my last post so much, i’m going to do another “ what i eat in a day“ post for you 🙂

I typically start my day with 1l of water & a cup of coffee with soy milk & stevia 🙂

Breakfast will be 1-2 hours afterwards depending on my schedule.

Breakfast

75g Oatmeal

20g Vegan chocolate protein Powder

1 Carrot – shredded into the oatmeal

1 TBSP cocoa powder & Erythrit

1/2 banana cooked with the oats and 1/2 added afterwards 🙂 & 100g frozen berries

+ 1/2 bag of frozen green beans 😛 (eaten steamed out of the microwave while im waiting for my oats)

Total Calories: 640 – 120g Carbs, 33g Protein, 8g Fat

This breakfast already has 25g fiber & lots of water which will fuel you up for a long time 🙂 i love to add greens to my breakfast, specially when i am more stressed or feeling more hungry in general.

Lunch

230g green beans + 200g frozen spinach – both just steamed out of the microwave, served over Salad i had leftover from the night before 🙂

450g Sweet potato made into fries 😛 served with Asia Sauce

Total Calories: 520  – 130g Carbs, 22g Protein, 2.3g Fat

Snack

3 pink lady apples = 235 kcal

Dinner

Homemade Veggie- Lentil Dal & 550g Potatoes

Total Calories: 700  – 135g Carbs, 27g Protein, 3g Fat

TOTAL CALORIES: 2100 – Carbs: 450g – Protein: 83g – Fat: 14g – 90g Fiber

Calorie Breakdown: 82/12/6

This would be eaten on a typical rest day, where i’m just busy with uni stuff & getting nothing but my 10 000 steps as movement.

  1. hey, mixing your oatmeal with veggies is a nice idea. i just wanted to know why you are eating so many calories. is that on a day where with training? i have the half of the calories you are eating a day…

Hey Veganriot 🙂 and thanks for coming over!!! i dont find 2000 calories a lot for anyone to be honest, even for not active individuals!!! i even eat a lot more on days when im exercising up to 3000 sometimes 🙂 we need the energy to fuel our bodies in order to be productive & life a happy, healthy life 🙂
