Vegan Bolognese – high Protein

I’m super excited to share some more of my favorite Recipes with you. 🙂

Pasta Bolognese used to be my favorite food during my entire Childhood. I almost did not change anything from my old real meat bolognese i used to make 🙂 Feel free to give this a try with your favorite Pasta ❤️

Serves 1 hungry individual 👅


50g extra fine soy chunks (dry)

1 small Onion

3 cloves garlic

1-2 Carrots

355g Canned Tomato/ Tomato Passata

3 Tbsp. Tomato Paste

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Aceto Balsamico

1 Tsp Agave/ Honey/ sweetener of choice

Basil, Oregano, Chili flakes




  1. Add your soy chunks into a mixing bowl, cover it with boiling water & some vegetable broth for 5-10 min
  2. Chop your Onion, Carrots & garlic
  3. Heat a frying pan or wok on medium- high heat, add the onions & cook for some time – add water if you feel like they are burning, i like to roast & color them like these a bit before adding the Soy chunks.
  4. Rinse the water from your Soy chunks & add them to your onions, add the carrots, the garlic, the Balsamico, the soy sauce & cook for some more minutes
  5. After around 5 minutes almost all the water should be gone from the pan, add your Canned Tomato/ Tomato Passata and cook for another 5 min 🙂
  6. Now add the Tomato paste, Agave, Basil & Oregano, Season with salt & pepper as you like
  7. Serve over your favorite Pasta/ Tortellini and enjoy 🙂 🍝🍝🍝

I would serve this with Chili flakes, garlic & onion flakes & of course loooooots of nutritional yeast 👅👅👅
