Fruit Crumble Cake (Streuselkuchen)

Hey guys 🙂

Wow Streuselkuchen is my absolute fav!!!! i am not a big cake eater but this one ohh boy 😛 😛

I’ve been looking for a recipe like this for so long & finally found something DELICIOUS & HEALTHY!!! My parents approved this recipe & we killed the cake before it was really cold yet 😀

The recipe is for a small cake tin ( 18cm) Im sure you can double it and use it for the normal size 🙂

120g Flour

45g Sugar replacement (Xucker)

100g Soy Quark/ Greek Yoghurt/ Skyr

1/2 Pack Baking powder

Vanilla, Cinnamon (I love to use Smacktastic flavour powder vanilla in my baking recipes)


250g Fruits – Cherries, Blueberries, Apples etc. whatever you like i would recommend Tinned Cherries/ Plums + using the juice to mix with the pudding powder

1 Pack Vanilla Pudding

Sweetener of choice


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough and place it in the fridge again
  2. Prepare your Fruits (clean & cut if necessary)
  3. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
  4. Put 2/3 of the dough into your silicone mold/ cake tin and create a small border
  5. Mix some of the fruit water/ water with your pudding powder – COLD
  6. Add the mixture to your fruits while heating, don’t cook for too long
  7. Place the Pudding/ Fruit mix into the cake
  8. Make crumbs out of the leftover 1/3 dough mix, and place on top of the cake
  9. Bake for 30-40 min. in the oven 🙂
  10. ENJOY with some vanilla Joghurt, banana whip etc 🙂
